So my immediate connection to seeing the 100 Days Challenge was my students and staff at school. I thought, "wouldn't it be great to have students start looking for happiness around them?" Taking time to recognize what makes them happy and share that with others. Maybe not for a 100 Days, but a 10 Day Challenge or a 30 Day Challenge. But then I caught myself doing something I actually get very frustrated with in our field of education ... holding our kids to a standard or expectation that we as adults don't hold ourselves to. So the answer was simple, if I expected any students to take this on, I needed to do it as well.
