Now there is really no patent on that expression and I'm sure it has been called many different things in both research and practical applications. But its importance when it comes to the integration of technology, especially in a school setting with both students AND staff cannot be overstated. The idea that people need time to play and explore with any form of technology is a crucial aspect of successful, long-lasting and meaningful implementation. We all learn best through hands-on play.
